We can supply, install, and program Encoder Receiver Transmitter’s (ERT’s) in our shop as well as supply small or bulk orders of the units for field installation. While in shop, ERT’s are installed before calibrating meters to ensure a successful set-up and an accurate proof every time.

New Service Available – Factory Resets

With the release of the newest version of Field Deployment Manager (FDM) by Itron on December 17, 2013, Barchard Engineering Ltd. now has the capability of performing factory resets on previously programmed and hard-locked Itron ERTs. In the past, ERTs would have to be sent the factory in the United States to be reset, costing everyone time and money when correcting programming errors which many of customers have encountered during product roll outs and field installations.
