Sensus 046
Sensus field and high pressure service regulators combine simplicity of design with rugged construction, exceptional performance, and operational safety to provide dependable, flexible, and economical answers for pounds-to-pounds pressure regulation applications.
The Model 046 family of high pressure regulators is easy to install, adjust, inspect, and service in all piping arrangements. Typical applications include farm taps, field regulator applications, and high pressure industrial air or gases.

The Model 121 regulators have high strength, corrosion resistant, die-cast diaphragm cases and cast iron bodies, assuring a highly functional regulator at a better price. Both models incorporate soft seat valve material plus a precision machined “knife edge” orifice to provide a positive, tight shutoff. Sensus Metering Systems’ industrial combustion regulators can be used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications including: burners, boilers, furnaces, air heaters, kilns, or gas engines where fast response will improve performance.

Sensus 143-80
The Sensus Model 143-80 domestic service regulators can be used on both residential and small commercial and industrial applications. With a variety of body sizes, loading springs, and orifices sizes, these regulators can provide the outlet pressure ranges and capacities to fit most applications for a 6″ service diaphragm regulator. The model 143-80 design provides the popular union nut connectional, not requiring bolts or screws to connect the body to the diaphragm assembly. It is available with an internal relief valve (IRV), and with a low pressure cutoff (LPCO).

The Model 243 service regulator is a large capacity industrial service regulator designed for commercial, industrial, and gas distribution use. As a result of the union connection between the fully interchangeable bodies and the diaphragm case, they have remarkable field versatility. They are easy to install, adjust, inspect, and service in all piping arrangements. The model 243 can be used in a variety of applications such as: factories, foundries, district regulator stations, commercial laundries, and all types of gas fueled equipment including boilers, burners, furnaces, ovens, heaters, kilns, and engines.

Sensus Model 243-RPC regulators are rugged, reliable pilot-operated regulators that incorporate the same relay operation principle as the well-known 441-VPC. They offer exceptionally precise regulation and are accurate to within ± 0.5% (absolute outlet pressure) from minimum to wide-open flow. The 243-RPC pilot-operated regulator is designed for fixed factoring, pressure factor measurement, pressure compensated metering, and other applications requiring exceptionally precise pressure control.

HONEYWELL 1800B2
The Elster American Meter Series 1800B2 pressure regulators are designed for natural gas applications and feature a compact, lightweight design for fast, easy installation. Interchangeable orifices and springs provide a wide range of outlet pressures and flow rates. Outlet pressures between 3.5″ W.C. and 2 PSIG are available. Operating temperature range is -20°F to 150°F (-30°C to 65°C). Maximum flow rate is 2500 SCFH (70.8 m3/h).
Honeywell 1800C

Pietro Fiorentini Regulators
Barchard Engineering provides sales and service for Pietro Fiorentini Governor Regulators used for low pressure distribution. Often referred to as ventless regulators, or appliance regulators, these vent-limiting regulators can be installed indoors in CSA applications, without requiring the traditional vent line being plumbed outdoors.
Governor 2 psi
CSA design certified Z21.80/ CSA 6.22 Class I Line Gas Pressure Regulator for 2 psig inlet pressure, outlet pressure range of 2 inches W.C. to ½ psig. The GOVERNOR allows for vent limited**, multi-position installation, and positive dead-end lockup for ½” through 4″. The GOVERNOR also features double diaphragm, integral vent limiter and external vent limiter with balanced valve design to provide increased capacity and accuracy. The GOVERNOR is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation. The GOVERNOR is also certified ANSI Z21.18 (appliance regulators).
Governor 10 psi OPD
CSA design certified Z21.80/ CSA 6.22 Class I Line Gas Pressure Regulator with Over Pressure Protection (OPD) for 5 psig inlet pressure, outlet pressure range of 2” W.C. to ½ psig. The GOVERNOR allows for vent limited**, multi-position installation and positive dead-end lockup for ½” through 2″. Governor 10 psi DC

PF400
PF 400 is the governor with unbalanced device by Pietro Fiorentini and is particularly suitable for the supply of burners and the distribution of natural gas at low pressure. It can be used with previouly filtered non-corrosive gases and is mainly employed in distribution networks for residential users. This device is CSA 6.22A ANSI Z21-80A approved.

Flowmax
The Mooney FlowMax regulator is a pressure reducing regulator that offers bubble tight shut-off at all pressure differentials and full capacity at very low differential pressures.
It complements the Mooney Flowgrid regulator. The Mooney FlowMax regulator offers enhanced capacity, speed of response and accuracy while incorporating many of the same original maintenance and performance features for which the Mooney Flowgrid regulator is known.
