Mr. Barry Barchard is Barchard Engineering Ltd.’s owner and President. Barry founded the Engineering practice in January 1975 with his late father, Frank Barchard, P.Eng. Having worked alongside his father, Barry brings with him a vast knowledge in the areas of management and engineering. Motivated by the company’s legacy he possesses a strong passion for the company’s future success.
Robert Barchard, P.Eng
General Manager
Mr. Robert Barchard, P.Eng., is Barchard Engineering Ltd.’s General Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta in 2010. He is technically competent in all areas of the practice, having worked alongside the company owner and president, Barry Barchard, full time since graduating in 2010 and part time in various capacities for many years previous. Robert is responsible for the day to day management of the company as well as the implementation of the Quality Assurance program within the company. Robert also provides R.M.O. project leadership as well as technical service support.mpus nunc.

phil barchard, P.eng
COO & CFO
Mr. Phil Barchard, P.Eng., is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Barchard Engineering Ltd. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta in 1970 and possesses over 40 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Barchard Engineering Ltd. in a leadership capacity in 2008, Phil held progressively responsible positions at the Consumers Co-op Refinery in Regina, Saskatchewan. In addition to his COO and CFO roles, Phil is also responsible for supplier management and contract reviews and negotiation.unc.

Service Manager
Mr. Mark Belous is the Service Manager at Barchard Engineering Ltd. He earned his diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from NAIT and joined the company in 1999. With a solid technical background and hands-on experience, he oversees service operations and ensures high standards of client support and equipment performance.
